I got in touch with firebox 2 days ago as I have still not received my personalised wine glass. I am now thinking its not going to arrive for Christmas. I ordered this on 10th of December. Its simply not good enough...
I have tried to put the order tracking number into your system and that is not recognised, I can't get in touch with you overall a very frustrating experience.
