Great service but difficult to review honestly. Because I hadn't heard from the company about an item I had ordered which subsequently was marked as out of stock, I emailed to check everything was OK. I got a note to say the item was being sent just over 24 hours later. Customer services replied after a couple of days to check everything had arrived. I'm not sure if it's an oversight, but there's no option for feedback if the company took longer than 12 hours but under one week to reply. Because of this, I do not have the option to review the service properly. I also believe by failing to give customers this option, it will not give you a genuine reflection on performance. Personally, I think 24-48 hours is reasonable for a customer service reply at this time of year but I would have expected to hear from you sooner.
