AWFUL Customer service is the worst ive ever experienced. I've been awaiting new aligners for 2 months with 2 appointments cancelled (by text no one bothers to call) with no explanation other than "there are delays", only when I turned up at the practice to find out whats going on they told me that the scan they had taken 2 months ago "didnt register" and so they had to take another one, I now have to wait another 4 weeks for new aligners. No one answers the phone EVER, the overflow service pass messages on but no one has ever called me back. Have emailed a written complaint and surprise no one has come back to me, asked to make a complaint in person and was fobbed off. Honestly wish i'd gone somewhere else, invisalign treatment was initially supposed to take 12 months and its now been more than 18 months with no end in sight. My friend also waited an hour at his appointment for composite bonding to be told by the dentist they didnt have the equipment available and couldn't advise when another appointment would be available?? What are we paying for? AVOID AT ALL COSTS
