Awful. Signed up for the free trial, clicked to upgrade my account upon which the company took the fee. I then was unable to log in and even after emailing multiple times this was never resolved - they simply took the money and provided no service whatsoever. I have requested a refund and have been told this may take 24 days to even get response to this request. Shocking service.
