Like some other reviews, one star is generous, their communication is non-existent, I have raised an eBay case and they still won’t reply and my £204 gloves have not arrived yet 5 days later than expect d date and I have no refund. Shocking that eBay let them do business. This week they have not bothered to reply to three emails nor an email from eBay to them. Something is obviously wrong because I cant understand why there eBay has positive reviews having read so many bad ones here. Also you can’t even call them because the telephone no. Is incorrect. My last resort is I have found an external email for them outside eBay and sent a mail just now in case for what ever slim chance/hope their eBay account is not working properly, fingers crossed. Just found another telephone no. Different to the one on eBay so I’ll try that in the morning and see if that works. I know it’s the same business as addresses are the same.
