I had such high hopes for my Christmas delivery but unfortunately I was really disappointed. The porchetta was a real let down, I expected there to be fat but this was mostly fat with only a small amount of meat. The stuffing in the porchetta and the stuffing balls was not particularly good and the pate was extremely dry. On a positive note, the cheeses, crackers and chutneys were delicious.
Such a shame but I would be reluctant to purchase from Field and Flower again
