The quality of meat is second to none. This is our second year using field and flower for our Christmas meat. Both times have been spot on. We treated ourselves to the sous vide turkey joint to save time on cooking and it was so moist and delicious. The turkey gravy was beautiful and my mum is still talking about the stuffing balls. Will be back for more next year!
