Field and Flower meat is always excellent. This Christmas, I ordered the sous-vide turkey. It was so quick and simple to cook, and this year, lunch was not the usual late, dry mess that I make when incinerating the turkey so that it doesn't poison anyone! I also bought bread sauce, gravy, stuffing balls, pigs in blankets which were all excellent. So, we were able to spend the morning opening presents, drinking champagne and having a lovely time. I would highly recommend the whole lot. The whole fillet of beef, which we had for New Year's Eve was also delicious. (The delivery took a month because I was able to book a convenient slot well in advance, and now I can't untick it)
