Re my Christmas order - I ordered rack of lamb for 2 people as it was my birthday on the 24th and this was absolutely delicious. For Christmas Day I ordered the beetroot Gravadlax which was delicious but as it was a pack for 2 people I was expecting 4 slices, not 3, so it was slightly disappointing. Then I had the turkey Crown with pork and apricot stuffing. This was also slightly disappointing as there was not enough stuffing in the middle and way too much string on the outside which was quite difficult to remove before carving. We followed the cooking instructions given but it did turn out to be a little dry. More stuffing would have helped. Nice flavour though. All other parts of my order were fine. Thank you.
