The sales assistant was clearly knowledgeable when I asked about the type of gold. I was able to order the item and pay a deposit with the understanding that I could change my mind upon seeing the item. This was helpful as I had only seen it online. Either delivery to the store was much slower than suggested or receiving advice that the item was in stock was not immediate.
