The in store service I received today was so good. The lady that served me was informative with any questions I had but not pushy which tends to put me off . She removed links from the watch and I felt very happy chatting to her telling her it was a present for my mums 85th birthday. All in all I had a very very good customer experience in store today and left with a lovely gift for my mum. Thankyou for a good not pushy in store experience I will definitely return because of the service I received from the shop assistant who dealt with me today. Thankyou to her she is a credit to your store.
