Whilst we appreciated the hard attempts by the quartet, the sound at the event was unacceptably bad. It not only affected the experience during the performance of each song, but more so hugely impacted the context, narrated by the lead percussionist. We couldn’t hear a word she was saying, it sounded like we were in a stadium!! Everyone around us was as equally frustrated by the experience.
We spent £150 on a something that in all honesty, ruined the start of our Christmas festivities that weekend.
I was advised to email in my complaint, to what I can only explain is the worst customer service. They reply with automated solutions but after a fair few attempts, a human replied offering a £15 voucher to compensate. After the experience and awful customer service, I do not wish to use Fever ever again…
I have lots of videos of just how bad the experience was, which I’m happy to share with anyone interested, seeing as Fever won’t take my complaint seriously.
