I was extremely impressed with the Fever Customer Service Team when I had a query and wasn’t sure who to contact.
I emailed them one evening so did not expect a reply until at least the next day but I received an almost instant response asking for further information.
Upon giving the requested information, I again received an almost instant reply to tell me how to proceed with my query.
