I accidentally cancelled my ticket for Disney 100 Exhibition a voucher because of issues with my back, I asked an advisor called Franco for a refund.
He said he would ask his team, and then email me. 1min after our web chat, he sends me a generic company email, saying my issue has been resolved with a voucher. It’s obvious he didn’t look in to my issue to ask management. I will be making a complaint about this to Citizens Advice.
