Very disappointed as faced numerous traffic and parking issues the evening of our concert.
Arrived 5 minutes early but my husband still not there...party of six including my family.
Told that my husband would not be allowed in even during intermission...
Very upset by the callous treatment given to me by the doorman.
Very uncivil and rude with a couldn't careless attitude....
Utterly disappointed and dissatisfied.
Not offered another replacement for another night....
