I have spent since 39th july trying to
get £80 back for an event where live band was cancelled. After about 40 ply emails & endless live chats, still getting responses like “we have escalated this to our special team & are working diligently to resolve this” . This company is a thieving disgrace DO NOT USE THEM !!!
