This company really is a scam. They’ve given the wrong venue address for customers to follow on their website to an event and after telling them they’ve written the wrong address on the website and after asking for a refund- Customer service has said they would escalate this case to “special case” team. The “special case” team does not exist. It has been 2 months and they still haven’t refunded me. Total scammers!
