I purchased Christmas cluster lights in nov 2021 and had them up for 10 days or so. In dec 2021 I contacted FL to say the timer wasn’t working, they repeated instructions (didn’t offer to replace) and I gave up accepting I couldn’t use timer. I put them up again in mid dec 2022 for them to break just before Christmas. They’d been up less than a week! After contacting them again I got a polite “tough luck they are now out of 12 month warranty”. So I spent £50-60 for the lights to last just over 2 weeks. I have cheap lidls ones too that are still going after 6 years!
