Truly execrable customer service..... 1. My daughter gave my husband a Fatface top for his birthday 2. It was too small 3. I rang Fatface, talked to someone called Kirsty Anderson, and asked whether I could exchange it over the phone, or whether I would have to go in store. 4. She said I could place an order with her for a different top, pay for it with my own card, and return the unwanted present with the gift receipt for a refund on my card. She sent me a returns label. 5. All done accordingly, new top ordered, unwanted pressie returned including gift receipt, and letter explaining everything. 6. Checked tracking and returned pressie was received by Fatface 7. Nothing happened. 8. Sent email enquiring what was happening. Received response saying I would hear something within 3 days. 9. Nothing happened. 10. Sent another enquiry email. Received response saying I would hear something within 3 days. 11. Nothing happened. 12. Finally rang up today, to be told that Kirsty Anderson had given me the wrong information, and that the refund would have been done to the original card, i.e. my daughter's. No apology. 13. No apology either for not responding to either email. 14. Textbook utter rubbish Customer Service on all counts. 15. Note to self: NEVER buy anything from Fatface.
