I ordered 2 Fjallraven items, when arrived one item was incorrect. I called them right away, and they sorted the issue amd had the correct items sent that same day, and sent me a pre paid postage label for the incorrect item to be sent back. The process was so efficient and easy. Thank you so much Fat Buddha Store for making this issue a breeze! New item is received and I love it!
