I can't recommend FastFix highly enough. They were the 3rd drainage experts to consider this task and the best by a country mile. A Gloucester company tried to push us down a very expensive route that involved disruption to a whole estate, including a school - and charged me £480 for a survey that I couldn't verify was done. Another Dorset based company seemed to be genuine but then just stopped communicating when I asked some questions about their rationale. In contrast, Fastfix were quick to conduct an initial assessment, consider the options and support the decision making without pushing you one way or another. At all stages they were thoroughly professional and I had the privilege to meet Dave (Director), Paul (Lead Engineer) office staff and the team on the ground. All in all an absolute pleasure to have met those involved and what is clearly a successful and honest family business. The solution to the drainage problem with a new build in Dursley was to install a pumping station and connect to Severn Trent's infrastructure in a neighbouring property. All work was endorsed by STW and Stroud District Council Building Control. Thanks to a great team.
