Delivery was let down by Royal Mail not Farrar & Tanner; paid for Sunday delivery but they delivered the following day. There was an item missing from the order but after a phone call and speaking to Sue at Customer Service, she quickly and efficiently sorted the matter. Very pleased with the gin & tonic knives as these were ordered for gifts to take overseas.
