When I didn't receive the initial order confirmation by email I thought I was about to have an ordering nightmare, and I was completely wrong. I emailed customer service and they got back to me with full details almost immediately, providing shipping information and an estimated arrival, and then my order arrived ahead of time. Hugely impressed with the service and the product is great too. Would recommend.
