Ordered a personalized gift for a 40th birthday present on express delivery. Not only did it not arrive on time, it did not arrive at all. On multiple attempts at contacting the company I finally got a response to say they did not know where the gift was and they couldn't replace it as it was no longer in stock. Extremely poor all round.
