Purchased the il Baco da Seta Premium Prosecco in Personalised Wood Gift Box for my nephew's engagement.I was initially very pleased with the speed of delivery after purchase, but this soon changed to disappointment when I saw the condition of both the packaging and the gift box. The gift box was badly bashed at one end and a crack had formed along the bottom. To make matters worse the cardboard box that it was shipped in was both unsealed and open. The fact that the the gift box itself wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap or a more eco friendly alternative to protect it from damage was simply astonishing. Furthermore there are no FRAGILE warnings on the box itself which seems to me a no brainer. I have emailed the sales department, with photographic evidence but I have yet to receive a reply. Really poor all round. Avoid at all costs!!!
