Very unhappy. I bought a bottle opener, for my father’s birthday. I had ordered it nearly two weeks in advance, and was assured it would reach me in time. I also ordered a pair of scissors. The payment went through, and then a week later I received an email telling me only then that the scissors were out of stock. I asked for a refund. The part that annoyed me was when that same email asked for my ID for the bottle opener, indicating that they hadn’t even begun the postage process. This turned out to be the case, and when I asked if it would arrive in time still I was again, assured it would. It was no surprise when it didn’t arrive on time, and I was told beforehand that if it didn’t come then I’d receive some kind of compensation. Following the late delivery, I reached out twice asking for this compensation, and have received no response. I’m very annoyed at how blatantly I was ignored after the delivery, and at how an expensive product would be accompanied by such rubbish customer service. The product itself was nice, if a little big, but I will not be buying from here again.
