I ordered a block of knives 27th November and still not arrived, despite the order being dispatched on the 28th November. I’ve tried calling several times to no available, I’ve also emailed with no response. I’ve received an email asking me to review an order I’ve not received. I would appreciate if somebody could contact me to advise the whereabouts of my parcel as it’s a Christmas gift and I’m conscious I may now not receive it in time, so I’d like to order from elsewhere, with a refund.
