Ordered engraved glasses as a gift. Sent glasses with wrong engraved initials and also shard of glass shavings cut finger!
Very tricky to get refund needed to be persistent! What good are wrongly engraved glasses?? Packing slip showed correct information.
Found customer service gentleman very unhelpful and did not listen to complaint properly. What a shame as took our business elsewhere and sadly would not use this company’s again or recommend.
