I ordered a wedding cake knife. Paid for engraving. I was told that there was not room for any more than 15 characters incl spacing, so settled for just names, rather than the date as well.
The engraving was pitiful, and there was lots of room on the handle for the date etc, had they wanted to add it on.
I paid extra for overnight delivery. It was delivered in two days, rather than next day.
All in all, I would not recommend this company to anyone, judging them by my experience.
