Farmison always make me very happy! If you know what you're doing, their meat is high-end resturant quality. An incredibly hot pan, with one of their steaks, gives a depth of flavour that l've not been able to beat (and I've looked). Cuts on the bone, such as the T-Bone are simply awesome and not easy to find on the high street. The lamb is flavoursome and tender and the flat pork belly slow roasted is a crackling covered, tender and tasty roast, perfect for a time when you're home all day. The Cumberland sausages remind me of how sausages used to be, I just wish they were sold in the traditional cumberland coil, rather than a pack of six. Easy enough to unwind each one and redistribute into an even ring though, so not a deal breaker. Finally, I'd love to try their Charcuterie, but understandably given the longer leadtimes on such a product , availability is currently limited.
