The meat is really good. Looking for specialist/specific cuts of meat for true low and slow BBQ, I was initially worried that it would be up to size or scratch. However, it was great and very tasty!
My only criticism is that the mailing list does bombard with frequency of mails a bit but that is just trivial. I’ve pictured two of the Boston Butts (shoulder on the bone) smoking for pulled pork.
