Farmison is now our go-to supplier for special occasion meats; Christmas, Easter, birthdays... we've always been delighted with the quality and service. We chose their 7 Day Dry-aged Swaledale Leg Of Mutton for Yesterday's birthday meal, which simply fell off the bone after a morning's slow roasting. Spectacular and so richly flavoured (to say nothing of the amazing red wine gravy it produced with its trivet-veg!).
