The meat was delivered on the day and time that was requested. It came in an insulated polystyrene box with ice batons to keep the meat chilled. The quality of the meat looked really good when unpacking the box and there was no smell like the meat was old and not fresh. When getting the 2 Boston Butts ready for smoking, you could tell the pork was amazing quality. The Baby Back Ribs were perfectly cut and were ready to use. The chicken thighs were nice and meaty with no slimy feel to them, good quality again. Lastly the Lamb Leg Steaks the colour of the meat was amazing. When all was served at the table, the wow's came from everyone. Everyone that came for my Father's Day BBQ commented on how succulent, flavoursome and delicious the meat was. This was the best £76 worth of meat that I have ever bought. I couldn't wish for a better meat supplier. I will definitely use them for all my BBQ's in the future. 10/10 :-)
