Craig was exceptionally helpful in identifying the cut of meat I wanted. Prompt delivery too, but above all the quality of the meat was fantastic. I was really pleased with my purchase & will definitely order from them again. I made Cherry smoked Ribeye with a jalapeño & chilli, sage, chive cutting board sauce.
