For Christmas I ordered a cooked dry cure turkey leg, poultry gravy, traditional chipolata sausages, gratin dauphinois and black pudding. The turkey leg that had been cooked sous-vide was delicious and moist. A+ Poultry gravy and black pudding were also top drawer. The chipolata sausages were not to our taste with an odd sweet flavour. The gratin dauphinois was disappointing - bland, lacking in garlic and even though we cooked it for longer than the instructions said, the potatoes were too hard.
