Very impressed with the quality of the meat, and prompt delivery in great condition, but in previous years options were included to return the packaging for recycling which are now absent, and one of the parcels was dumped on the doorstep without trying to knock (we were in luckily and witnessed the driver run away!). Communications in advance of dispatch also seem less helpful, the order was marked as complete 6 weeks before dispatch and the only update after that was on the day of delivery, previously there were emails to keep you advised. Overall I'd still recommend, but standards are slipping.
