I ordered the crown of duck and the beef sirloin joint for Christmas. The packing was not brilliant, as the duck crown had been flattened a lot to pack it into a smaller box, I presume. It did not recover its shape. I followed the recipes from the site to cook both meats. The beef was very tender and if that was all I had bought, would have received a 5-star rating. However I am sorry to say that the duck crown had been squashed too much and the scoring seemed to have been done in a hurry, cutting right through to the meat. So although I followed the cooking instructions, it was not at all what I expected in texture. I think it went quite dry and not as pink as I normally prefer. Hence the 4-stars.
