Ordered the barrel of fillet with truffle filling. I received a long thin tapered fillet with truffle that when cooked and carved each slice split into two small medallions, not at all like the picture or the same joint that I ordered last year. Certainly not the centrepiece of my table. The taste was good but so disappointed as you excelled last year.
