We ordered a Bronze turkey (as we had heard them so praised) for Christmas and it was delivered in good time. We roasted it the same way we have always done it from our local suppliers and we really cannot say that although this one was one third more in price, it really did not taste any better. We like the meat offered from Farmison, but would really like to see more offal and wild game like rabbit and woodpigeon.
