Review regarding Ripon Cathedral Back Bacon
I am very disappointed with your bacon.
It is cut so very thin, you can see through the rashers, and gives little taste.
On cooking there was a fair amount of white scum in the grill tray indicating a high water content. Poor show for an expensive product
