Unfortunately this time the piece of sirloin I ordered was from the fore rib end so once I had discarded the chain and gristle that runs on top of the meat and surprisingly there was a lot of fat that needed to be trimmed off , probably that was the reason this weight of sirloin was being discounted and in the end I have only managed to get 6 x 5oz to 6oz steaks .. but they are normally very tasty so I look forward to them but will make my next potential purchase worrying what I will receive.
