Great delivery, and I’m sure it’s good quality meat, however the porchetta that we ordered had barely any seasoning or flavour? Usually when we have ordered from others it is packed full of flavour, garlic, lemon etc.
Unfortunately this just tasted like a fatty bit of pork belly and not much else and it wasn’t particularly well rolled either. Sorry!
