Christmas order never arrived due to problems with DPD delivery.....eventually had a refund which was handled very well by Farmison.
Delivery went from Farmison to Hinckley ( passing our property) sat there for 2 days waiting to go to Morley ( passing our property )
Refund requested and promptly actioned.
Caused problems with Christmas food.
I would probably not risk using Farmison again when purchase is foe special occasions. I do appreciate that once with Dpd it beyond Farmisons control.
