We ordered meat more than a week in advance for a party, only to be told on the afternoon before the day that Farmison “hadn’t received enough meat to deliver”.
When asked why I wasn’t informed earlier, I was told by their customer service on the phone that they only ever find out a day before any delivery if they have received enough for their orders.
I spent half a day scrambling around for a replacement and decided that this level of service does not work for me.
