Delivered on time, well packed - ice packs still frozen after 72 hrs. , size correct. Most importantly we all agreed it was probably the best goose we had ever had, tender succulent - the meat fell away from the bone and full of flavour. Excellent. We will be ordering for next year soon ! Drawback - not the cheapest but well worth the extra.
