truly excellent goose, well farmed Farm2Fork! regarding the cooking time, we have a rather powerful oven with a fan and took the 5kg animal out after 90 min, and that was already on the upper end, so half the suggested cooking time. Why is that? The carving is either science or art - and we did not master either. I find it quite challenging to slice the meat off the carcasses. Any advice much appreciated. Thank you again and happy 2024
