The order process was very simple and the goose was packed and delivered on the day promised. It was cooked on Christmas day following the advice supplied and it was absolutely delicious, as was the gravy made with the giblets - a really nice alternative to turkey. I would have liked to give 5 stars, but I feel that the cost was a little too much.
