As a business I cannot fault Farer. They were very open and professional throughout, even though I returned my unit (Black Velvet).
I was disappointed in the watch as the pics and video are shot in such a way that you think the indices are just white when in reality they are always blue and have a metal surround which just destroyed my expectations. It would have been lovely to try on but alas I could not as I knew instantly it was not for me.
