We had a difficult time with a covid death and all the restrictions that caused. Far and Beyond were very sympathetic and tried to provide the best service they could only to be thwarted by a less than sympathetic manager at the crematorium. Even so Lewis made a touching gesture for our dear mum and his understanding and emotional support was outstanding.
