This is the first time I have purchased from FEW and I am very impressed with the way FEW have
conducted this sale. Even though I had not been aware that my order had been misplaced by the
couriers, I received an email from Dayanna D (Falcon Web Team)advising me they had despatched
a replacement which arrived on the date given. I also had a telephone conversation with Dayanna
who could not have been more helpful.
